Prior to trying to conceive, Dr. C did bloodwork and made recommendations re diet, exercise, and supplements. I went into my pregnancy feeling confident in my body and appreciated the ongoing support, recommendations (ie. pelvic floor physio, chiro), and guidance as the pregnancy progressed. We now have a healthy 5 month old!
