I went on April 12, 2021, to see Dr. Horne, as she has been my doctor many years and I just love her! Yesterday her nurse Codie Bateman that helped me was horrible and so rude to me! I have never left that clinic in tears before, but the way I got treated yesterday I did. Her nurse needs to go, she is nothing but trash for treating me that way, and I know that other people complained too!
Zero bedside manner. Bordering on outright rude. Looking for another doctor.
Always so nice and takes care of all my needs...She is just wonderful.
