Don’t come here for your own sake, if your doctor refers you to this place ask them for a different referral. Doesn’t matter how long the wait is for the next one. I called them for a follow-up on my constant ear pain and they told me to use a spray that’s not been helpful at all, I told them I’ve had this pain since June, they told me “Well we met you in October”. This was hands down the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. “Dr” Lee spent literally two minutes with me, dismissed every concern I brought up, and provided zero explanation, solutions, or treatment plan. It was clear that she couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. She was unprofessional and her rushed, baseless responses to my questions made it obvious she had no interest in helping me whatsoever. My experience with Dr. Lee today was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, I was given - quite literally - less than two minutes of consultation. Despite suffering from severe tonsil inflammation five times in the past five months - each episode lasting around two weeks - Dr. Lee offered no meaningful explanation, guidance, or treatment plan. Extremely unprofessional. Highly recommend you find someone else if you're having trouble with breathing as she doesn't seem to care to fix these issues.
