Too busy to explain to the patient. Pushed for c-section but I wanted natural birth. Kept telling me my baby was too small who turned out to be perfectly normal weight range.
Extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. Definitely not acceptable customer service. Do yourself a favour and don’t use her as your OB.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and would not recommend it. First, I paid over $200 for a consultation that lasted less than 10 minutes. During the appointment, the doctor suggested an HPV test, but the procedure felt very unprofessional， there was no proper covering provided, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I’m so glad I chose Dr Tan as my OB. When I experienced bleeding early in my pregnancy, her clinic arranged an appointment for me the same day, which was incredibly reassuring. Throughout the pregnancy, everything went smoothly under her care. During labor, she was decisive and gave clear guidance, helping me achieve a safe delivery. My recovery has also been going well. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and support, and would highly recommend Dr Tan to anyone looking for a caring and reliable OB.
Dr Tan is quite fabulous. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and concerned and explains things so that they are easy for the layperson to understand, always very patient with questions. I highly recommend her.
