The doctor has no bedside manner no empathy. The receptionist is RUDE,TERRIBLE...TERRIBLE customer service. My husband called for a script for a specialist that squeezed him into their schedule during this pandemic. The appointment for the specialist is within three business days,the receptionist ask my husband a grown man with an attitude "What is the procedures when obtaining a script."
