The office is well organized, extremely clean and everyone is so pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Johnrose Brown has been my primary care doctor for 10+ years, she listens, cares about her patients which makes her easy to talk to for the best results.
I agree with all of the following 1 ⭐️. Worst primary care I’ve ever had. From scheduling, to unable to fill a prescription properly. Most of the staff has an attitude and forget about asking for a referral. I simply asked for a referral due to a felt I may have fractured my arm, wanted an X-ray. Denied. Have to see her and no appointments for weeks. I’m had to sit at an Urgent Care for 3 hrs during the worst COVID spike we’ve had instead of the appointment I already made to have an X-ray today elsewhere. The results would h... read more
My experience was great. The front desk staff was very nice and fast. Jalissa professionalism was exceptional and she had a great attitude. Dr. John Rose is perfect. She makes sure you are getting the best care. She takes her time and is very informative. The check out was excellent as well.
