If Dr. Le was so bad, why did your relative continue to go to her? I can't understand why she would have a second visit with Dr. Le. Someone needs to step in and help your relative with a competent doctor.
Worst doctor I have ever visited. unnecessary follow up appointments while my problem still persisted.
She is the WORST "doctor" out there. Appointment was scheduled at 9 a.m. We came early at 8:30 a.m to wait for call-in and because we didn't want to miss the appointment. By 9:15, we were called in and the staff told us that she FORGOT our appointment. So, the staff told us she won't be here till 9:30. We waited and waited, and by 9:50, she was still not here. Dr. Le is great. She is very knowledgeable not only about her specialty issues but health issues in general. She was a delight to chat with and gave me all the time I needed. The people giving the negative comments below must just be very unhappy, hard to get along with people. She was really good in the office and how nice to wake up from the procedure and see her smile and get a great on the spot report.
I am sure Dr. Le is a competent Dr., she knows her stuff. Unfortunately she lacks empathy and bedside manners.I remember one particular time I was waiting to discuss test results and treatment.After a long wait in the visiting room, she came and stayed standing by the door with her arms crossed, she told me about the results and treatment in approximately 2 minutes then, she left. This chick is extremely rude. I do not recommend her if you are having any kind of pain. She might be qualified to do a colonoscopy because then, you would be so drowsy that you wouldn't be able to hear her impatient, rude, unnecessary comments and/or questions. If you are suffering in chronic and/or acute pain in this area, and you feel depressed, you may REALLY want to stay away from her....her horrible attitude might send you over the edge. I would not recommend this doctor for a screening colonoscopy, especially if you are responsible for any out-of-pocket charges. EXPENSIVE. She did not spend any time explaining the procedure even though she knew I was quite apprehensive. Expect a small audience for the colonoscopy; the doctor, anestheiologist, CNA, medical tech, nurse.
