We LOVE Dr. Hellbusch!! She is amazing...not only does she listen, she really cares about her patients. We have only had good experiences with her. Dr. Hellbusch has been our family doctor since 2005.
Anne hellbush good dr for children . But not real good for getting back to you with test results, or getting test done. . Had toenail fungus told her at my last 3 appts. Nothing done as of now.
Amazing physician and OB. She saved two of my kids lives as there were complications during labor after an easy pregnancy. Really gets to know her patients and isn't afraid to go to a specialist if she's unsure. Wouldn't trust my kids or myself with anyone else.
Dr. Hellbusch is my OBGYN and our family Doctor. She delivered my 2nd baby in 2015. Very calm, understanding and she never seems in a rush to get to the next patient. Her schedule does fill fast and it can be hard to get in on short notice but PRH is always good about finding me a secondary provider if I need something ASAP.
Terrible experience. She is very unorganized and doesnt keep track of what tests were discussed during visits. She then will cancel tests she agreed to without any notice, and when tests are ran she decides theyre not medically necessary, even if they are positive, and has insurance bill you in full. When i contacted patient advocacy at Pella Clinic, they said i need to get everything in writing with her signature due to her problems.
