Everyone I dealt with at the plumbing company was great. Even though there was an issue with my home warranty that could have left me without hot water for a long time, they worked closely with both me and the warranty company to get things sorted out. i had three really old faucets that all started leaking at the same time. i called Bt Plumbing Co. and left a message, and jerome called me back. since my faucets were so old, jerome suggested getting new ones instead of trying to fix the leaks. once i had the new faucets, i let jerome know, and he came over the next day. two of the shut-off valves also needed to be replaced, but jerome and his helper finished everything quickly and charged a fair price. i will definitely call them again the next time i need a plumber.
Frank came out from Bt Plumbing Co. to repair our garbage disposal and install a water pressure regulator. The disposal was fixed quickly, and he explained how I could take care of it in the future. He also checked out some other plumbing issues in the house, just to keep me informed, without any pressure to do more work.
