Saw her when applying for disability. I found her to be unfriendly, rude, she rushed me, and she made derogatory comments about another doctor of mine. I found her to be very unprofessional.

I've been seeing Dr. Anne for about 8 years. Her practice used to be in the St.Mary's medical arts building, where she focused more on homeopathic remedies. I loved that about her & her staff was amazing. When she moved to Echo Community Clinic, I went with her out of loyalty. Her quality of care has really gone down hill since then. She's always rushed, I regularly wait atleast 30-45 minutes to see her despite having an appointment, & she does nothing to address the issues I see her for. I have gone to Dr. Anne for a few years now. I never have felt that she cared about me as a patient. I've gone to her so many times for different problems, and she has told me multiple times that she didn't know what the issue was. I followed up with her after a visit I had recently to the ER with stomach pains, and she told me to eat more fiber. She didn't refer me to a GI, so I had to do that on my own. How is this woman still practicing? I will not go back to this woman. Not only does she compare your ailments to her issues "so it is not that bad" she has no problems talking about you or other doctors behind your back. She was bad mouthing me and a doctor from the hospital to other employees and to a student doctor, because she did not agree with the diagnosis of a doctor from another country! I stuck it out with dr. Butsch for two years because I believe in alternative medicine, but her bedside manner is the worst I have come across. I came to her after a very scary trip to the ER that turned out to be vertigo. She told me I would probably get it again and then walked out of the room! I have also more than once, heard her yell at her staff. Her staff were always very kind and she is lucky to have them. I have since found a very nice Dr. And would not ever recommend Dr. Butch anyone.

It's nice to have a doctor who not only listens but care. No matter what peoblem you have she make sure it's taken care of before you leave. Her staff is awesome and caring. Thank you, Juliana

I had some serious health problems which she ignored completely as well as me using her computer to type in her notes during my visit and I had thought she was looking up information. She could have cared less and my husband said something to her and she 'shushed' him with a hand gesture. I lost two years going to her.....would never, ever recommend her.

Dr, and I use that word sparingly here, did not diagnose the symptom correctly and when I went back to discuss that my situation was worsening, she ignored my statement and said to keep on taking the meds. I had to go to an urgey care center to get diagnosed properly and get the correct medication. I am looking for another doctor.
