I am very very dissatisfied with this office. I had a procedure scheduled today and was told to be at the surgery center at 6:45 in the morning and after being in the waiting room a lady came out to tell me they are not sure if I will be able to have the procedure because Dr. Tokers office did not get the prior authorization sent to insurance until the day before the procedure was scheduled. Front desk person Sandy-who answers the phone is very rude and disrespectful. Just bad attitude. Jasmine is nice but takes really long handling calls.
Dr Toker is the best, Highly recommend!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Toker. I really liked her. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I was really dreading going, but she made it so easy. Her staff was also so helpful and very nice. If I have anymore problems I will definitely go back to her and refer anyone who needs to see someone in her field. Thank you to Dr. Toker and your staff.
