Dr Anna is excellent at providing you with a different lens on certain challenging situations. She gets to the fundamentals of human behavior and what’s our natural instinct. The lens she provides is eye opening and offers you an option to think differently about a situation. She is a next level thinker and will constantly challenge you to grow and think beyond yourself. Her sessions are truly life changing.

my fiancé and I did couple sessions with Anna for a few months. I found them incredibly helpful in getting to understand each other better and seeing other angles to situations I didn't recognize before. I honestly feel every couple should go through those before getting married and couldn't recommend Anna more as a guide on this journey.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Anna. She is warm and caring, but will also tell you the good, honest truth. She helped me understand myself more deeply, and gave me many tools to use when I'm struggling. She calls me out when I'm being dishonest to myself, which was invaluable to me.
