Dr. Becker was excellent with me. She explained everything to me that I needed to know. She did it in a way that conveyed the information and calmed any worries that I had coming into the practice. She has excellent bedside manners.
And a 2 nd time “Quick, to the point, professional.” And took time to answer my questions too. Easy to discuss and come to a plan moving forward
Always friendly and professional. Dr Becker has a great staff. I feel that she cares that I fully understand the treatments that she gives. The office is well organized and efficient.
My appointment was at 12:25 and she didn’t get to me until 1:25. I had to wait a whole hour in a room for her. They expect patients to be on time but it’s a different story for them.
Dr. Becker is very knowledgeable and a great surgeon when it comes to removing kidney stones. She is one of the best !
