I tried to get a new patient appointment here, they had to call to reschedule this appointment 5 times since the Dr wouldn't be in office. It was originally made in october (i called to schedule in july) i was hung up on for the first call. The second call they moved my appointment further out and refused to put me on an ASAP list, then it got moved EVEN FURTHER out into november, then they flip flopped between the 12th, the 15th, and the 1st.....when I called to cancel my appointment I found out they had me on a different d... read more
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr Nguyen. I went in for my routine Pap smear and the process was very smooth. She made sure I was comfortable and made small talk to break the awkwardness that comes naturally with a visit to a gynecologist. I would have rated 5 stars, but the receptionist must have been having a very stressful day because she was not as friendly as I feel a receptionist should be. I would recommend seeing Dr Nguyen!
