Dr. Plum is a great ENT, I would highly recommend her. She listens to all of your concerns and does not rush to do surgery. The front desk is a little rude but that shouldn't stop you from seeing this fantastic doctor.
Staff office receptionist was very rude. Just hung up on me after trying to set up an appt. Bad bedside manners.
