I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Kennedy & Perkins Guild Opticians and their extremely misleading and inconsistent billing practices. I had an appointment on July 24, 2025, and before I was seen, the receptionist confirmed--after checking directly with optometrist Dr. Flor--that I could be billed under my medical insurance instead of my vision plan.
