Words cannot fully express my family's deep appreciation for Dr. Zmuda. This caring woman literally saved my husband's life when others couldn't. Saw her in clinic, had x-rays, said she'd call me with the results. Never heard from her. I sent 3 messages in MyChart, and she ignored all 3. She may be a good doctor, I don't know, but her follow up skills are seriously lacking. If her goal was to make me feel like I don't matter, she succeeded.
Great surgeon. She is compassionate and practical. I am quite happy with level of care and with the care team as a whole. 10 out of 10.
