Saw her in clinic, had x-rays, said she'd call me with the results. Never heard from her. I sent 3 messages in MyChart, and she ignored all 3. She may be a good doctor, I don't know, but her follow up skills are seriously lacking. If her goal was to make me feel like I don't matter, she succeeded.
Great surgeon. She is compassionate and practical. I am quite happy with level of care and with the care team as a whole. 10 out of 10.
The receptionist told me she’s one of two podiatrists for the entire university and this is evident in her approach to care. Things fall through the cracks, appointments are cancelled for emergent issues, follow up is unheard of. Especially if you are diabetic, do not go here unless you’re ok losing a limb. Stay far away.
Absolutely the BEST doctor I've ever encountered. After months of being treated incorrectly and misdiagnosis, Dr. Zmuda saved my foot. Patient and caring (rare these days). Simply the best.
