Dr. Palaganas is amazing. She listens to her patients and takes their concerns seriously. She's also easy to work with and takes the time to explain anything that needs explaining.
I have been in the hospital twice under her care. Have had serious issues that she keeps blowing off. And since being under her care have progressively gotten worse. She does not care about her patients.
Dr. Palaganas has been a wonderful doctor to me. She's warm and kind. She remembers me from appointment to appointment. And she's very easy to talk to; I feel so comfortable with her. Her staff have all been great as well. I really love this office!
Very intelligent professional. Has helped me improve my conditions 10 fold compared to decades of past doctors. Gets results with treatment plan. Very friendly and concerned with overall health of patients.
Scheduled 2 appts with Dr.Palaganas office for my son. Had to cancel,was out of town. Today we had an appt. They said be here 30 minutes before appt time. Appt was 3pm. We get there at 3:05 pm waited until 3:18. They told us Doc is behind, Need to reschedule. I was kinda bothered. We had his paperwork. I said can we leave it with u, so we will not need to come early for u to put paperwork n computer. Lady says no. Bring it when u cm back. My husband is a Team Manager for GM. Desk Lady not cool!
Dr. Palaganas is a knowledgeable, caring, comprehensive doctor. She has always treated me with respect and warmth, following through with my care. She has a great sense of humor to go along with being a terrific doctor! I would recommend her to anyone--she treats everyone as if they are her own family. I am blessed to have such a great doctor to care for me and my family!
They have worst service, my mon went for emergency to her doctor ( because she know her history) then she fainted in the lobby, the doctor refused to see her because she have appointments?? That's mean she wants the money not the health of her patients!! I won't recommend her !!
I was a potential new patient, had already chosen the provider through blue cross. I called to schedule new patient visit, the girl was rude, treated me like I was an inconvenience. She rudely asked why I even need to see the doctor, because she doesn't have any appts. for new patients until a month from now. She abruptly added the need to verify I even had insurance, and she'd get back to me at her convenience. Conversation ended by me asking if I should find another doctor, she replied yes!
