I wish I had something good to say. I had a pretty bad experience with this clinic. Went in with minor concerns and left with major problems. Do not recommend. I’m now with another OB and so much happier.
Dr. Bertles staff is rude and don't relay messages and the Dr. She is ok, but never scheduled my hysterectomy and told me I was dilated from a tumor mass that's possible cancerous and how the hospital had tortured me with 31 blood transfusions to save my life ,but yet she holds pain meds when iam n severe pain and also never scheduled my surgery so now I have severe depression. Also trouble finding a Dr. Who will listen to me.
Dr.Bertles is a nice women don't get me wrong and very kind but I have a massive tumor in my uterus and she offered to do a hysterectomy which I said yes and she gave me no pain meds before surgery when Iam dilated and have had 28 bags of blood beside her caring about my issue she left me n inadequate pain n suffering and the er won't help me either it's totally unpredictable pain when it happens and unprofessional to do this to any women who needs help.
She is good for a normal pregnancy. Please don't go to her if you're high risk.
