Seen that I had Ann Alvarez MD for an upcoming compensation and pension exam and rescheduled immediately. Not worth the risk of seeing someone that isn't prepared and doesn't read VA document for the veteran.
Ann and VES Services never read the VA file, or numerous emails on how to contact the veteran. Failed to assist veteran. Reported to OIG.
I agree with Calvin. She conducted a C&P for a duty to assist error. My conditions and IMO support a 50% rating yet she did not do her job and select the important box.
Unfortunately this Doctor was called upon to do my records review on my VA claim . In my opinion she didn’t even read any of my files . I will be bringing a complaint against VES for this . My records clearly indicate that I was exposed to burn pits. And she went as far as railing against my favorable opinion from another Doctor. A one star is being too generous.
