They never answer phones and when they do you're still waiting for more than 15 minutes to get to speak to someone, and don't bother to book an appointment you're going to be waiting over a month to see your FAMILY DOCTOR. I've also personally had my own prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy more than twice. It just kind of sucks to see a Dr office suck at the little things.
