Disappointed! I went for my scheduled cleaning and was refused care because I declined the X-ray. Dr Vu lied and said it was “against her license” to see me if I declined the X-ray. I offered to sign a refusal form stating I was responsible for any negative outcome for my decision. She still refused to see me. Off to a new practice . . .
Been a patient here since i was a kid. im 48 now. ann and the staff is allways the best at what they do. never had a problem .fan for life
