Wonderful place with very kind people (front desk, tech, vet). They were able to get my dog in for an appointment quickly and have been so great. My dog is high anxiety and the staff were amazing at calming her and taking their time so my dog could tolerate the exam/treatment. If your animal has any sort of eye issue, I highly recommend just coming straight here for care!
After spending many thousands on several surgeries for my elderly dog, Lefty, I finally ran out of money. Dr. Gratzek refused to release my dog to me over some medicinal eye drops! A sherrif friend of mine had to pick her up for me, and kindly adopted her. But, because of this vet, I lost my beloved best friend, and our last year together was taken from me without warning.
