The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. They treated our husky with such love and gentleness. They got us in the same day as our need was and emergency case and explained our dogs diagnosis and next steps thoroughly.
We needed a veterinary ophthalmologist on an emergency basis after our Yorkie lost vision two nights in a row and two ER visits later the reason couldn’t be found. We were at risk of her losing vision permanently. I called this clinic and drive 2.5 hours to get there because they could get us in same day. All the staff were amazing with our dog. I cannot thank the team at Ophthalmology For Animals enough for the incredible care they provided for my dog, Som-e. From the very beginning, Dr. Horikawa was not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and compassionate.
