I first saw Dr French four years ago for migraine. At that time I was presented with a wide range of options but I left without being given any tailored plan of action. My GP recently suggested I go back to see her and I was horrified to find that she wanted to charge me the exorbitant fee for a new patient despite it being a continuation for the same migraine issue. I feel her top priority is not on patient wellbeing.

I waited months to see a neurologist as living in remote area, therefore accessed Dr French via zoom. Incredibly disappointed, Dr French advised me to go the local hospital, she would call the hospital and let them know I was on my way and needed an admission. When we arrived the hospital had not heard from Dr French and had no beds or capacity.
