Tried to call for an appointment. Their employee said, call the office manager tomorrow. No time or name. Why have employees answering the phone if they can’t even make an appointment? She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Left this office in 2018 due to extremely unprofessional staff and I’m displeased to see that nothing has changed. Ann Diapolo is a great doctor who I really was hoping to see as my primary, but unfortunately her office staff makes it next to impossible.

I have been going to Doctor AnnDipaol For many years, she is the best she does not rush you she takes the time out to explain things to you advise you on what would be best for you she’s an excellent doctor. I will continue to go to her as long as I possibly can. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience here!! The office is clean and everyone is so nice there! Dr. DiPaolo is a truly caring doctor who takes her time with her patients, and I recommend her to everyone:) Also the new building on Lacey rd is beautiful!!

I have had Dr. A. Di Paolo as my primary care physician for the past 12+ years. I have the greatest confidence in her abilities. To that end, I can testify that thanks to her extraordinary capabilities, she was able to diagnose a life threatening issue and sent me to the hospital where I was treated and subsequently released. I have referred her to friends and family with great results.
