I have been a patient of Dr. Urban's before she went to SLU Care and have always liked her as a physician but I would not suggest going to her. It's impossible to talk to the same person more than once so every time you call you have to start from square one then you are put through to a recording to leave a message to which no one ever responds. I have had so many miscommunications or lack of any communication that it's just not worth it. I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.
Dr. Urban is great but some of the gals in the office are extremely rude
I called to try to set up a appointment but the woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude.
