First I want to thank them for the care they've gave me. Ive been going here for some yrs for bad back pain. Never gave these ppl a problem or said anything about treatment. I was getting injections with Anesthesia until her Anesthesiologist called it quits. Now she wants me to get stabbed in the back like its a walk in the park without any anesthesia, threatening to lower my medication or cancel my care like I've been a problem patient. Very intelligent and caring. Best pain doctor I have ever seen.
If you enjoy a 8 hour day for a Doctor visit. Be my guest! Receptionist is rude, dismissive and acts as if everyone is bothering her. You sit for hours to be breezed by, tests ordered and not followed up on treated as if you are only a paycheck! Booking 60-70 patients a day is absurd! Other staff is nice for the most part, No one seems to want to have any type of conversation. Seems nice but doesn't care, all about $$$. Never talked to me about a test she ran and insisted on. Never told me results, just wants to bill ins. company. bad environment, 3rd world clinic.
Dr.Jain is one of the most caring and understanding Doctors I've ever known! I live in Dallas now and I cant find another Doctor to measure up to the way she treated me!
Dr, Jain is a greedy person that attempts to have as many busy rooms as possible with a waiting room full of patients that have been there for more than 3 hours. The staff is friendly if you are friendly with them however Dr. Jain and her other practitioners including a Dr Praasad that has Turrets syndrome travels to Houston once a week to see patients that are in pain and always attempts to switch medications to anti-depressants without any proper psychiatric training.
I have been doing the Pain Management Route for 12 years and Dr. Jain is the FIRST Doctor that I feel understands the problems associated with seeing a Pain Management Specialist on a Monthly basis. She has a Depth of Empathy that is seldom seen in Today's Medical Practice. She treats ALL of her patients with the same care whether they are on Medicare or Private Insurance. She IS interested in MY concerns and ALWAYS addresses ALL of them. She is the Absolute Best Doctor I have ever visited .
