I never got to see the doctor because they waited till I got all the way there for my appointment to tell me they didn't accept the insurance I have instead of telling me on the phone so I could have scheduled an appointment with another doctor.
What a fantastic doctor. Dr. Batie listens thoroughly to my concerns, gives excellent and relevant advice and is very conservative with her approaches to medication, which I greatly appreciate. I have never waited longer than two weeks for an appointment (after the first one), and I’ve never been in the waiting room for longer than 10 minutes. The nursing and front office staff are also top notch, and extremely kind and comforting. I feel relieved and very well cared for every time I leave her office.
