I called to make an appointment last month and I was informed that she had retired, although I'm saddened to lose her as my doctor, I would like to wish her a very happy healthy retirement and to leave her a five-star rating for her thoroughness , professionalism and caring.
Dr Ravi was my long time favorite cardiologist she took great care of my heart for 8 yrs not able to find any like her she is great human being, very humble I am missing her she moved to Florida.
I am so upset at the fact that I was trying to explain to receptionist that I have horizon blue cross blue shield and that I pay for my insurance through get covered NJ and she rudely said we don’t take NJ Family care and I said it’s not NJ Family Care and she continued saying that the doctor I saw last time was retired and that the new doctor doesn’t accept NJ Family Care then she hung up.
