I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Hibler, showed up to a completely closed office and was told I was not in the system when I called. I was then booked again several weeks later and waited almost two hours to even see Dr Hibler, who did not introduce herself, was extremely cold in demeanor, spoke over me and cut me off, and did not let me share my health concerns fully. My initial visit with Dr Hibler was on July 15th 2023 on a Saturday. I was initially told I had to come in on a Saturday because I was a new patient and had to have a physical. I arrived promptly for my appointment but the office doors were locked and of course the staff was thirty minutes late to work. Several patients and I stood outside waiting on the staff to open the office. This was my first visit. Once my paperwork was filled out, I was called to the back for my exam.
