My dog recently jumped up on me and her paw hit my (closed) eye. The skin around my eye got nicely scratched, but a few days after the event (on a Saturday) I noticed some marks in my vision. Running the symptoms through AI - it recommended I see an optometrist right away. I called six local optometrists asking to get in the same day. Dr Kanwal and her staff helped my son when he had a scratch in his eye. They saw him right away and treated him with care and attention. I will continue to come here with my family.
Terrible experience. Got an appointment for 3 pm, reached there at 2.50 and came to know that they didn’t even have it in their system. I showed the card that they gave us with time and date, but the lady at counter with zebra colored hair declined to accommodate us. Not only that, she started lying that they contacted us over the phone and email and we never answered, which was absolutely untrue. They lost 5 of us from our family.
Dr. Kanwal and her staff have been amazing for myself and my family for the past several years. My son had an urgent problem with his eyes and Dr.Kanwal's reception immediately accommodated us to squeeze him in for an emergency appointment. I have a rare recurrent eye problem and Dr. Kaneal is knowledgeable & i trust her thorough eye exams.The staff is rofessional, polite and organized. I feel lucky to have found them.
