Terrible experience. Got an appointment for 3 pm, reached there at 2.50 and came to know that they didn’t even have it in their system. I showed the card that they gave us with time and date, but the lady at counter with zebra colored hair declined to accommodate us. Not only that, she started lying that they contacted us over the phone and email and we never answered, which was absolutely untrue. They lost 5 of us from our family.
Dr. Kanwal and her staff have been amazing for myself and my family for the past several years. My son had an urgent problem with his eyes and Dr.Kanwal's reception immediately accommodated us to squeeze him in for an emergency appointment. I have a rare recurrent eye problem and Dr. Kaneal is knowledgeable & i trust her thorough eye exams.The staff is rofessional, polite and organized. I feel lucky to have found them.
I’ve been seeing Dr Kanwel and some of her other associates for years! I highly recommend them. They’ve all been super patient with me even when I was struggling to figure out contacts!
