wasn't happy with this provider would NOT recommend. Made the loss of hearing worse and didn't answer or provide suggestions for the next step, Gone 3 months without hearing in one ear and balance issues because of hearing issues. She wasn't nice at all, wasn't thorough with treatment plan.
Dr. J was wonderful! She was so sweet and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her!! She was very personable and addressed all of my concerns. She looked for the positives and that made me feel much better about the situation at hand.
