I loved the staff and dr gottipati was all ways friendly very easy to understand her an her staff aways were kind and courteous and willing to help this is where I learned that I had a pinched nerve in my neck

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst place ever

The staff is rude and wait time takes forever. I set my appointments for in the morning to be home for my daughter and I am from out of town. Had to wait over 3 hours, told them nicely I needed to get home to my daughter and they still took their time and were very rude, one rolled their eyes at me. They keep scheduling me without talking to me first and when I tell them I cannot make that and no one told me about it, they hang up on me. They again made an appointment without my consent for a time they knew I could not make.... read more
