My grand daughter’s follow-up appointment was at 10am , after two and a half hours she received a 8 minutes of attention. The doctor never made visual contact with the patient.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. My virtual appointment was scheduled for 4:15 PM\. I was unable to join the call initially because I was not provided with the required access code\. At approximately 4:30 PM, I spoke with someone from the office, who told me that someone would be contacting me shortly and that I would receive a different link to join the appointment. In my opinion, this is not the best place if being seen on time matters to you. On the day I was there, I noticed patients complaining about waiting well past their scheduled early morning appointment (8am), and the doctor did not arrive until about 10:30 a.m.

If I could give no stars I would!! From my initial first visit, the receptionist didnt even speak after being spoke to, then just closed the window after saying “your checked in”. Then an hour later I’m still waiting to be seen for my appointment that I arrived on time to. There were people before me that had appointments that had not been seen. Then they try to put you in a room where you continue to wait to be seen, now Ive been in this room over 20 min. So I’m Walking out never to return.
