I’m so done with this place, they feel like you have no other options. I have just today been on hold for 51 minutes and they are the ones that called me. I believe they leave you on hold for this long and hopefully you’ll hang up. I need a telephone visit because she is the one that told me not to drive and I am over 1 hour away. Since I had a televisit in January I now have to have another referral from my pcp, the wait times are atrocious and they are never on time, the office staff can be quite rude as well.
was told by the office that my husband would have a 4:30 phone appt. and that when Dr was ready, would send phone link by text. Waited til 6 p.m. and still NO text or call...almost 2 hours. Highly recommend Dr. Gottipati for anyone seeking expert neurological care. The team is incredibly polite and professional. Dr. Gottipati is clearly well-versed in the latest advancements in the field. She and explained my treatment plan using evidence-based information that was easy to understand. The entire office is non-judgemental and caring. I retract this statement - Dr. Gottipati knows her stuff. My daughter has Epilepsy and has been seeing Gottipati since late August. I told her on our first visit and every visit after that that the battery in her VNS (helps control her seizures) was dead, she ran her wand to get a reading and said her VNS is dead, I just looked at her, she would just adjust her medication every visit.
