I've had the same problems as some of the other people. I would also give a zero rating if I could. My appointment was scheduled for October 24th, it was canceled and I haven't received a call to reschedule. Would report them if I knew where to do it. So very unprofessional

Update> the doctor I was supposed to see was rujuta saraiya for the 5th time cancelled appointment this time the day before at least and not hours before. The excuse is she is on vacation! Vacation while her patients are suffering amd can’t even call in some steroids to stop this flare!! Any other suffering patients Please contact me through gmail at airtrustllc to get together! If I could give them a zero rating, I would. This doctors office is the most incompetent office I have ever had to deal with. First, you are put on hold for at least 15 minutes every time you call. Then they say they will take care of your issue right away. When you call back a day or two later, they have no idea you called or needed anything. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business.
