Dr. Anisha Bassi is a very good Dr. talking to you and explaining things to you in layman's terms so you can understand it, she will also do what she can to make things easier for you.
Dr. Bassi was pleasant, kind, patient, very understanding and very knowledgeable about my situation. I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. She actually listened to me and addressed my concerns. Dr. Bassi is just the kind of doctor that I've been looking for. I went for a second opinion but, I think she's going to become my new primary care doctor. I'm very happy with her and she's worth the 40 minute drive!
Had an annual preventive visit on September 2025 (today is June 2026) and was incorrectly billed despite having insurance. I've been trying to get this resolved for over 7 MONTHS with little to no communication or updates from the office. The lab bill was eventually sent to collections, and I'm now receiving calls and emails from collection agencies while the issue remains unresolved. First appointment with a new doctor and I have waited months for an appointment with the doctor instead of the nurse practitioner and took off work for them to call 3 days before my appointment to let me know she won’t be available. Not a good look at all!
