I've been visiting this place for many years. It's the best doctor I've ever seen.
I had disappointing experience with Dr Bassi office. Despite feeling unwell and urgently needing to see my doctor, I was refused an appointment because they claimed there were no available slot, I repeatedly insisted on being seen, emphasizing the importance of my health, but was met with rigid policies and no flexibility. They asked me to re call them next week to see if there are any available slots , they had no consideration to my health situation and well being.
