My impression with my husbands substandard care is that this is just a colonoscopy assembly line. Do NOT count on getting adequate care for any issue beyond this. The practice makes you see a nurse THREE TIMES before you are able to see the doctor. There is still no diagnosis after months, no care plan, no treatment just continued suffering by my husband.This is physician gatekeeping and sludging. This is a dangerous and irresponsible way to approach a life altering medical condition.
Dr Sharma is wonderful - I have gone to him over the years and rate him very highly.. I would give him five stars if it wasn’t for his billing department which is very inefficient.. thank goodness I have medical insurance - I feel sorry for those who aren’t insured .. in fact my experience has been so bad with them that I won’t go back !
I am not happy with this doctor at all. The staff who work with him are so slow, I did blood works after a month waiting did nt call me to say what is wrong what I should do. I had to call many times to get help from doctor. He is not a good doctor I don't recommend any body to go to him.
Their appointment system is the worst. My husband has repeatedly requested appointments via their online appointment system and voice mail. No one bothers to respond.
