You don’t get a live person when you call, you have to leave a message for someone to call back. No matter what time your appointment is he is always late coming in, you wait for at least an hr to see him and he spends no more than 5 minutes with you . Your time does not matter to him.
How does he even stay in business? I've tried for weeks to get a human during business hours. All I ever get is an answering machine. Have to leave a machine and wait for them to return a phone call. Everytime, they return the call I'm not near my cell and can't carry it all the time. Absolutely unbelievable in this day and age.
