Dr was very abrupt, no patience for elderly patients. No explanation to why my mother couldn’t be helped. He’s interaction with patient was not satisfactory. At least explain to the patient what is the issue with the eye. None what so ever. I just couldn’t believe that a specialist could behave in this manner.

I have been going to Dr Arora now for quite sometime and unfortunately I have a reoccurring eye issue that needs injections.I cannot think of a better doctor to do this.I find him calming and confident He will answer any question when asked.I cannot imagine being able to put needles in people's eyeballs,, let alone doing it with just that,,calmness and confidence..I am very very happy that he is my doctor...Also the women staff at the WoyWoy branch are super efficient and organised,yet a lot of the times they are so so busy.... read more

Not only a careless doctor who simply says "I don't know" when shown an issue, but also absolutely humiliates his patients. After having something removed from my eye, I was left with a foreign object and more of the original cyst/collaision in my eye, after going back twice to dr Anil Arora, he brought in multiple nurses, all who had no choice but to agree with him by telling me there's nothing there. I've been left with swelling/redness/lumps and a "specialist" who "doesn't know" what his doing. Will be going to a new spec... read more

I can thoroughly recommend Central Coast Eye Specialists and Dr Anil Arora. The reception staff (especially Laura) were very helpful and efficient, and Dr Arora was very good at explaining the situation with my eyes after doing thorough tests. No operation needed so I'm a very happy camper!
