The only reason for the low score is the extremely long wait. Both times I’ve been here- the appointments lasted for over 2 hours, and only saw the Dr for 10 min.
This doctor and her staff are unprofessional. Back in 2020 we had an appointment and arrived at the office 15 minutes in advance only to be told the appointment was to be a virtual appointment. Instead of connecting with the doctor then and there, the appoint was cancelled and we (to this date April 2025) are being sent bills for a "no show".
Teresa Payne was so nice. Took time to answer all my questions,& made sure I understood all that she said. Didn’t rush out of the room like most do.
