Wonderful doctors and staff! Always taking time to help explain things and help with paperwork. I tell everyone this is the office to go to for rheumatology.
The only reason for the low score is the extremely long wait. Both times I’ve been here- the appointments lasted for over 2 hours, and only saw the Dr for 10 min.
This doctor and her staff are unprofessional. Back in 2020 we had an appointment and arrived at the office 15 minutes in advance only to be told the appointment was to be a virtual appointment. Instead of connecting with the doctor then and there, the appoint was cancelled and we (to this date April 2025) are being sent bills for a "no show".
