Dr. loza is a masterful GP, supported by a efficient and friendly staff, making my visit go incredibly well! Dr. Loza has a excellent bedside manner. He's caring and well informed about best practices and a plethora of medical issues! I went to the Holy Cross ER a couple of years ago after midnight for a debilitating lower back issue and was surprised to have doctor Loza ertwith

Telehealth system to make a visit is terrible. You have to go through multiple questions, than you have to verify that it is you. Than you have to sit in front of camera 45 minutes and no one show up. Than you do multiple phone call try to get your appointment but it is still you have another time to wait… no one call you from the office at all. If you make a call they will transferred you multiple time and to the wrong office and wrong people. To schedule physically appointment you gonna waiting several months. Terrible ser... read more
