After she was nowhere to be reached for a refill on my son's depresion meds, we finally get an appointment in person, asks how he's been, and if he had thoughts about hurting himself while he was without his meds. Being rude to a child is never okay and then not having the guts to come out and talk to the parent and let them know you need to reschedule. When handling someone with mental health you never roll your eyes and have an attitude.
