Dr Anh-Thu Ho is my primary care physician and she & her team have been giving me excellent case management of my health. Truly grateful for her has really help me managed my health overall; and as a result I am improving because she is very patience and very thorough and very caring. Highly recommended her and her staff and nurses are sweet.
Dr. Ho is an excellent doctor who is always courteous and attentive to my problems. I'm grateful for doctors like her. Others' complaints about the office do not reflect on Dr. Ho; she is great, and I will continue to see her for as long as I can.
I’ve met Dr Ho once for a physical. I really liked her. Very personable. However it takes 1.5 - 2 months to get an appointment with her for an existing patient! This is unacceptable. I’ve found another local Dr that gets me in within 48 hours. When you are sick and need a Dr, waiting nearly two months for availability does not work for me. Does this work for anyone??
They cancel my appt at 9:40am by calling me at 8:30am. I made the appt 4 months before and drove 2 hour to that place then they said appt was cancel. The frond desk name Blanca and another manager name Nettie (I dont know if they gave me the right name cause they tried to hide it when i ask) are very rude, uneducated and unprofessional. They toward me to the call center to complain. And trie to scare me by calling security. Never come here again. And DONT COME HERE
Yes I am here to say if you read reviews and trust them read this and trust me and don’t make this doctor and office as your medical provider. I am a new client visiting their office for the first time, I was confused of the direction I was in their complex medical grounds well ahead of time..
