Had a similar experience with Dr. Phelts earlier this year. St. Francis is a great hospital and I am sure that they have more ENT's. I told them that I would not like to see this particular Dr. again.
My appt. June 13,2022 the Doctor had a attitude when he came in n the room, He really didn’t care about my symptoms. He did not care. My mom is a retired RN that worked at St. Francis Hospital never have I seen or experienced a Doctor that is rude. I guess St. Francis like loosing money.
Can’t say enough BAD things about this so-called doctor. Take my advice and avoid him at all costs. He is very self centered and will not listen to anything you have to say. He shouldn’t even get one star but there aren’t any negative stars.
