DONT EVER USE THIS DOCTOR WORST UNETHICAL EVER! Totally unprofessional had shoulder surgery with him in august this year told him im suffering from major knee pain to the point that i am sitting up at night crying in pain as a 50 year old man. Got him to do a mri scan i kept calling for it to get results. Took ME and my gp more than two weeks to find out whats happening with the knee scans. Had a full knee replacement. Dr Nicoll talked me through the process and helped me understand when it was best to undertake the surgery. I had a tough recovery - but it was all explained to me and a year down the track I am thrilled with the result. The receptionist is amazing and extremely helpful.
Unfortunately I never got to meet Dr Nicholl, although he was well recommended. Waited 2 weeks after referral was sent through, ended up ringing surgery. Receptionist was clueless, had me mixed up with a patient from 2006, we didnt move here till 2019. She finally got it together, printed out my referral and said it was like a tree load. She said she would ring me at the end of the week, absolutely nothing. Rang today to find out surgery has been shut for all of October. I have been seeing this weapon of Dr for over years due to a military accident. Putting off knee replacements is not an easy task to keep monitoring, cleaning and repairing to get you to an age that is viable. But Angus experience, truthfulness and skill has been and always will be my ortho surgeon. Always get a second opinion and add him to your list..
