Without a doubt, the worst experience that I have ever had with any "professional", never mind a doctor. I received a statement for a $20 charge for a copay when he worked at the wound clinic in Gardner. The charge was from a supposed visit from a year prior to the bill. I had been to the wound clinic 4-5 times and had always dealt with the same doctor and it wasn't "Angrus" Michaels.
