I had to get an emergency extraction of a tooth with a super bad infection - I hadn't felt pain/the infection because the nerves were so damaged, so Dr. Fazzolari was able to see me pretty much the next day and take out the tooth. I was so surprised by how gentle he was, the tooth came out within minutes and I actually had to ask him mid-procedure if the tooth was out because I could barely feel him extract it! Dr. Ostuni and the team did such a good job with removing my wisdom teeth that I had to clarify if all 4 were removed or just my bottom two (all 4 were removed). If I could grow wisdom teeth again and have it removed I would definitely go back to Carnegie Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

My review is way overdue. I had 6 wisdom teeth that needed removal, and I had postponed this procedure countless times due to fear of anesthesia and the pain. However, this office made me feel comfortable and works like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ostuni is a phenomenal oral surgeon. He is not only meticulous at what he does but he is also friendly, which is often hard to come by in medical care. I would recommend him to anyone who needs wisdom teeth extraction. You’re in exceptional hands.

This is the third time I’ve had a wisdom tooth removed, and by far the best experience. Dr. Ostuni pulled out my tooth within 2 minutes -- no pain, no stress, no suffering. In contrast, my previous dentist took nearly 10 minutes just to find the nerve for anesthesia. The entire team here is kind, supportive, and professional. I needed my wisdom tooth extracted and I was terrified and in such pain. I was taken immediately as a new patient, welcomed by the staff with smiles and compassion. The doctor was friendly and professional. I walked out of the office with no pain at all. He did such an amazing job. They explained the procedure and what would happen during and after. I would highly recommend this place.
