I agree with the preceding review. I have been trying for 2 days to discuss my faher's medical condition with the doctor. I am asked to leave my phone number, but I have not received a call back yet. When I tried to explain that I waited all day for the doctor's call for naught, the staff abruptly declared that the messages get discarded at the end of the day, and that she is not responsible that I didn't get a call back. How irresponsible!
went to this office for 3 visits and when i overheard the girls in the office speak rudely about another patient i decided that this is not the dr i wish to go to anymore. they never return phone calls even if an emergency they refuse to allow you to speak with the dr and they try to tell you what they feel you should do. and another thing is the fact then as soon as you sign in they want your copay, as if you will run away after seeing the doctor. nasty, rude, disrespectful office staff
