Yes the short of it is a family member went in ER and was going to be admitted and my sibling who is POA early not even hour after patient was there left SPECIFIC instructions NOT to put this patient on sliding scale!!!! NO INSULIN!!!! NEVER HAS TAKEN INSULIN! takes oral med and when I get there I said prob 10 times including both shift charge nurses NO INSULIN! found out at 9 somewhere somebody DID! They know from me telling them what happen 7 yes ago! Hopefully I catch up with him today 😁
