I have been seeing Dr Rodriguez for years . First off, it's nice to see the same person as most places the doctors are gone and your seeing someone new every other year or sooner . She is the first step in the process and has always directed me to where I need to go and made sure I have my proper medication . The hospital may be a different story . Doctor Rodriguez is the best.. she listens and cares about her patient. Her nurse Renee is outstanding.. I have been with this doctor for over 10 years I personally would recommend her anytime.. Cleveland Clinic needs improvement on the appointment side of things but not a reflection on her or the staff at this facility they do outstanding work in my humble opinion. It’s an absurd to be waiting 40 minutes to an hour every time you need to speak to someone in the office, and once you get through they still get to mess up by not sending all prescriptions to the lab. I understand all doctors offices operate similarly, but it’s time for improvement, it’s a service they are providing and we are paying for. It’s not free voluntary service.
I been waiting on the line to talk to the nurse more that 30 minutes and no one answer this is no good maybe you have more patient on that clinic that the ones you can handle
She didn’t seem interested in my concern and did not even go over the results for the tests she ordered for me, she referred me to my other doctor. I have a stand alone claim for her just asking me family and medical history which was denied by the insurance so I have to pay
