I’ve been with the practice since 2020 and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Dr. Frank is just lovely and all of her hygienists are wonderful. Her front desk staff is great and super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Frank and her staff were amazing with my daughter, she was very laid back and easy going, gave her great advice and she was happy to go back in the future! 5 stars!
Had previously given them (the dentist really) a 5 star rating because they fixed a botched crown which was a hellish nightmare. Fast forward three years and I’ve educated myself very well in the medical billing and coding world, and they completely tried to rip me off by charging double for procedures included with the preliminary billing code. I went to dr frank as a teenager growing up nearby. Moved away as I got older and needed to find a dentist that was more convenient for work hours and where I lived. Found a dentist I thought would work for me but I went through a hellish nightmare that lasted months with a botched crown placement. After finally settling it with insurance and having the ability to get this faulty work corrected I went back to dr. Frank. She is amazing and so is her entire team at the Southlake location.
